2014

• The Security Council extends the mandate of UNISFA until 28 February 2015 and demands an end to delays in the reconvening of the Abyei Joint Oversight Committee, in making the Joint Border Verification and Monitoring Mechanism operational and in establishing other local governance, security and confidence-building mechanisms required by the 2011 agreement on the area [S/RES/2179] of 14 October 2014
• The Security Council extends the mandate of UNISFA until 15 October 2014, calling on the communities and Governments of Sudan and South Sudan to work with the UN towards resumed community dialogue and administration, under the supervision of a joint oversight body [S/RES/2156] of 29 May 2014

• The Security Council extends UNISFA until 31 May 2014, underscoring that the Force’s mandate included taking the necessary actions to protect civilians under imminent threat of physical violence, irrespective of the source [S/RES/2126] of 25 November 2013

2012
