Abyei, 8 October 2023 – The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) successfully carried out a Confidence Building Patrol in the general area of Agok on 08 Oct 2023, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and security in Abyei amidst the current challenging security situation.

This joint operation, conducted in collaboration with all contingents of UNISFA, has played a crucial role in building trust and reinforcing stability in the region.
